This workout is at Party Pop Electric NOT my studio. 

This is a Pilates/barre/yoga inspired workout for all fitness levels. Modifications, progressions & props to assist your movement will be provided.

All you need to do the day of the event is show up 5 minutes early with your yoga mat!

ALL CLIENTS PURCHASING & PARTICIPATING IN A LIVFITISH POP-UP CLASS MUST AGREE TO ALL POLICIES & SIGN THE LIVFITISH LIABILITY WAIVER.
