If you are in need of personal training in another area in Illinois or St. Louis, please send an email to inquire + get on the waitlist. No travel time to get your workout completed, when I come to you. It’s the convenience you have been needing in your busy life. If the Breese studio works better than in home or virtual training, I will hold you to your appointments + create a schedule that compliments yours.

For those who feel they don’t have quite enough tools to successfully start a workout routine -> you just need yourself, a mat + a program from me! I create all of my custom programs based on what equipment you have available to you.
