Earth Day Pop-Up Class

Pop into a LIV•FIT[ish] class at Breese Grain Elevator! Let's help restore our minds + bodies so we can also help restore the earth with a clear, open mind! Just a casual Thursday evening with 45 minutes of movement [this workout will be a carefully created class full of stretching + strength work] prepare to breathe deeply, find your focus + get sweaty! All you need to do the evening of the event is show up 10 minutes early with your workout mat- please don't forget!
