IO Fit + Flow &The Buchta Heritage Farm are partnering with LIV•FIT[ish] to bring you a Pop Up Event at the Farm. LIV will take you through a 45-minute light strength workout at the Farm & then we'll cool off afterwards with complimentary mimosas. You'll finish feeling ready to kick off your weekend.
