Join LIV•FIT[ish] for the [GOLDEN] Event 3.0!Â
MUSIC Â + MOVEMENT----- your ticket includes 45 minutes of movement + a swag bag + refreshments!
This ONCE A YEAR event is to show you the meaning behind the [braincurl]----- move your body + challenge your mind.Â
The [GOLDEN] EVENT is an experience like no other, meant to bring together all humans!Â
The workout is the ticketed portion of the event- the vendors are open to the public 12:15 - 2:30 p.m.
Plan for a day with family & friends! Give your mind & body what it needs- some feel good movement- & then support local after- vendors will be selling clothing, art, permanent jewelry & more!
All you need to do the day of the event is show up 15 minutes early with your workout mat----- please don't forget!
ANY NEW CLIENTS PURCHASING & PARTICIPATING IN A LIVFITISH POP-UP CLASS MUST AGREE TO ALL POLICIES & SIGN THE LIVFITISH LIABILITY WAIVER [linked on the Events + Experiences page].
