Twelve Oaks Vineyard Pop-Up Class

Join LIV•FIT[ish] at Twelve Oaks Vineyard! We will start with 45 minutes of movement [this workout will be a carefully created class full of stretching + strength work] prepare to breathe deeply, find your focus + get sweaty! After class you will receive your glass of wine, that is included in your ticket price, & complimentary braincurl bites! All you need to do the day of the event is show up 15 minutes early with your workout mat- please don't forget & maybe some sunscreen + a hat too! ANY NEW CLIENTS PURCHASING & PARTICIPATING IN A LIVFITISH POP-UP CLASS MUST AGREE TO ALL POLICIES & SIGN THE LIVFITISH LIABILITY WAIVER [linked on the Events + Experiences page]. You will need to present your ID the day of the event to receive your glass of wine, 18-20 year olds are welcome to participate & receive a non-alcoholic beverage with their ticket.
