Join LIV•FIT[ish] for the [GOLDEN] Event 2.0!Â
MUSIC Â + MOVEMENT----- your ticket includes 45 minutes of movement to LIVE music + a goodie bag of braincurl bites, recipes, custom stickers & some surprises!
This ONCE A YEAR event is to show you the meaning behind the [braincurl]----- move your body + challenge your mind.Â
The [GOLDEN] EVENT is an experience like no other, meant to bring together all humans!Â
Plan for a day with family & friends! If you want to do the workout but have family that want to come after, please plan for it as we have vendors coming to make your Sunday a funday! Give your mind & body what it needs- some feel good movement- & then support local after- vendors will be selling food, coffee, clothing, art & more!
All you need to do the day of the event is show up 15 minutes early with your workout mat----- please don't forget!
ANY NEW CLIENTS PURCHASING & PARTICIPATING IN A LIVFITISH POP-UP CLASS MUST AGREE TO ALL POLICIES & SIGN THE LIVFITISH LIABILITY WAIVER [linked on the Events + Experiences page].
