The studio provides everything you need for your workout to ensure convenience. We create all of our custom classes based on classical Pilates & barre methods + we use effective workout props that we keep in house. Your body does the work the props are just an added bonus. We even provide mats for you. We hold you to your appointments + create a schedule that compliments yours.
