LIV•FIT[ish] pop-up class at Breese Grain Elevator to celebrate being a mom, knowing a mom & or loving a mom! Let's celebrate with a fiesta- 45 minutes of movement [this workout will be a carefully created class full of stretching + strength work] prepare to breathe deeply, find your focus + get sweaty! Complimentary food + drinks ;) after class! All you need to do the morning of the event is show up 10 minutes early with your workout mat- please don't forget!
