About the Event
Join LIV•FIT[ish] for the 6th Annual [GOLDEN] Event & Open House!
This yearly event features a custom workout to celebrate our strong mind & body as well as gathering with small businesses enjoying & indulging in some of our favorite self-care things such as coffee & flowers!
8:30- 9:15 a.m the ticketed portion of the event is a 45 minute workout
9:15 a.m - 12:00 p.m is an open house & open to the public!
This is a Pilates/barre inspired workout for all fitness levels. [if you have an injury please reach out before signing up] Modifications, progressions & props to assist your movement will be provided. We will be outside on the parking lot, weather permitting, dress appropriately- maybe even sporting our LIVFITISH colors?!
All you need to do the day of the event is show up 5 minutes early- mats will be provided please do not worry about…
