About the Event
Join LIV•FIT[ish] for the first ever pop-up class! We will start with 45 minutes of moving [this workout will be a carefully created class full of stretching + strength work] prepare to breathe deeply, find your focus + get sweaty! After class you will be treated to complimentary refreshments. Upon leaving you can grab your mini arrangement of flowers made by Petaled Pail to take some Spring home with you!
