Service Description
Strength with Liv: 12 stations utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX, Pilates reformer / tower & bodyweight exercises. Go through the circuit twice. Strength with Tricia: A series of exercises, you stay at your mat with your props the entire time, repeating those exercises, utilizing 2 or 3 lb. weights, magic circle, bands & balls. Strength is always timed with a working effort period & a resting effort period. Injured? Please email to inquire before signing up.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment or reschedule without losing your credit please adjust your appointment online or contact us at least 4 hours in advance for group classes. Reminder we are a dog friendly studio & you can expect there to be a furry friend around when you come in for your session.
